Trademarks & trust marks
Effective: 3 May 2026 · How SLTL names, the Trust Authority, and trust marks may be used.
The Trust Authority
SLTL Trust (operated by Alpha91 Enterprises Pty Ltd) is the sole Trust Authority for the SLTL protocol. Its operational platform is at sltltrust.com. The public link-verification endpoint is at sltl.global. Only verified issuers operating under SLTL Trust may represent links as SLTL Trusted or display the SLTL Trusted seal.
Trust marks
SLTL Trusted™, SLTL Trust™, and Secure Link Trust Layer™ are trademarks of SLTL Trust, an Alpha91 brand. SLTL.global™ is a brand asset of SLTL Trust (covered by an existing logo / composite registration). SLTL™ is claimed as a common-law mark via prior use on the SLTL protocol specification, the SLTL Trust platform, and the public verification endpoint. Alpha91® is a registered trademark of Alpha91 Enterprises Pty Ltd. Use of trust marks requires explicit authorization; unauthorised use in commerce, on packaging, in software, or in marketing is prohibited.
The SLTL protocol is published as an open specification (Apache License 2.0) at github.com/malogies/sltl-protocol. That licence governs the specification documents only; it does not grant any right to use SLTL trust marks or to represent links as SLTL Trusted without authorisation from SLTL Trust.
Verified Issuer status
Verified Issuer status is granted, suspended, or revoked at SLTL Trust's sole discretion. Only Verified Issuers operating under SLTL Trust may issue links bearing the SLTL Trusted seal or represent themselves or their links as "SLTL Trusted" in commerce.
For issuer applications, status changes, or enforcement questions, use the contact published at sltltrust.com when available, or write to trust@sltltrust.com.
